Tradineo acquires the Sport-Park Group

Tradineo, an investment company for financing company successions in German medium-sized companies based in Osnabrück, is acquiring the Sport-Park Group from Wuppertal. The company, which operates a trampoline park in addition to four successful fitness clubs, can look back on a success story spanning almost forty years, which is now being continued under the Tradineo umbrella.

The group's portfolio also includes a fitness facility in a former gas boiler on 3.5 floors and almost 2,000 square meters, which opened in 2019. The company will be continued operationally by the experienced employees Melanie Pohle and Elisabetta Galluzzo. The two successors, who have long been part of the Sport-Park Group's management team, will continue to run the company as the new management duo on site.
