This step strengthens its presence particularly in northern Germany. Following the planned closing in autumn 2026 and subject to antitrust clearance, all inclusive Fitness will position itself—measured by directly operated facilities under corporate management without a franchise system—as the largest fitness studio chain in Germany. The conversion and rebranding of the locations for full integration into the all inclusive Fitness brand ecosystem are scheduled for the autumn.
Stephan Schulan, CEO of all inclusive Fitness, commented on the transaction: “Behind FITNESSLAND are, alongside the 24 studios, above all strong teams, around 73,000 members, and a market position built up over many years. That is precisely what makes this step so exciting for us. We have great respect for what Dominik, Thomas, and the entire team have built. For us, the locations fit exceptionally well into our network and our further development.”
Dominik Horn, shareholder and managing director of the FITNESSLAND Group, highlighted the future perspective: “My 'FITNESSLAND Family' and the over 73,000 members as well as the additional 15,000 trainees via corporate fitness are now finding a new, warm-hearted home with Stephan Schulan and his team. I am very happy about that.”
