The studio group's membership numbers rose by 145 percent to 460,000 between January 2022 and January 2025. An increase well above the industry average and also in absolute terms, all inclusive fitness is already one of the fitness providers with the most members in Germany. The number of studios climbed by 94 percent to 136 in the same period. A growth trend that is to be further promoted under a strong unifying brand.

"Under the brand umbrella of all inclusive fitness, we will now stand out clearly and unmistakably in the market - in the south as well as in the north, internally and externally, for our employees, investors and of course for our members. We want to make even better use of our strengths and continue our successful course with even more focus," explains Stephan Schulan, CEO of the BestFit Group and CEO of all inclusive fitness, the background.

The declared goal is to become the largest provider in the premium value segment with all inclusive fitness in the medium term. By 2028, this means 250 clubs across Germany with over a million members. Internationalization is also in the starting blocks.

"We want to be at the top of the market comparison - with solid growth and thanks to satisfied employees and members who identify with our brand and our studios," says Rainer Mast, CFO of all inclusive fitness.

The topic of personnel recruitment and development also plays an important role for CEO Stephan Schulan: "Strong, uniform brands are also more attractive to potential new employees than small, more locally operating companies. With all-inclusive fitness, we are creating the basis on which new team members can get excited about our company and our spirit and which motivates them to actively participate in the Germany-wide expansion." Around 2,200 people already work for the company, which corresponds to an increase in jobs of 120 percent since 2022.

The physical rebranding of the 47 existing jumpers fitness studios will start in March 2025 and will be completed after a few months in the summer.
