BestFit Group acquires EuroFit

The BestFit Group, founded last year with the merger of jumpers fitness and ai Fitness, has gained further growth and acquired the regional provider EuroFit. The company was founded in Osnabrück in 2009 and has developed five clubs in three federal states with 40,000 members through purely organic growth. The established EuroFit brand is to remain in place for the time being.

With its brands "jumpers fitness", "Ai Fitness" and "EuroFit", the group has thus grown to a total of 70 clubs, represented throughout Southern Germany, Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia and Lower Saxony. Together, "BestFit" has over 250,000 members and around 1,000 employees. The declared expansion target is 100 facilities throughout Germany by 2023.

NORD Holding has been supporting jumpers fitness as an investor in its expansion in the premium discount sector since 2013. With assets under management of € 2.5 billion, NORD Holding is one of the leading private equity asset management companies in Germany.
