FIT/ONE, the fitness brand of Harlekin Spiel- und Unterhaltungsautomaten Betriebsgesellschaft mbH, acquired the fitness chain 4everFITNESS in the first half of 2017. The target operates four different facilities in Fürth, Chemnitz, Berlin, and Rostock. A membership at the clubs, which are sized between 2,500 and 2,900 m², costs EUR 19.90 per month. Thus, 4everFitness like FIT/ONE belongs to the budget segment of the fitness sector.

The main business of Harlekin Spiel- und Unterhaltungsautomaten Betriebsgesellschaft mbH is the nationwide operation of 100 subsidiaries of the brand "Magic Casinos". The company established its first "mega gym" with a fitness area of 6,000 m² in Stuttgart in December 2014. Besides a broad range of possibilities, the company offers a wellness area priced between EUR 18 and EUR 38 per month. According to company statements, the break-even was reached one year after the facility opened its doors.

Subsequently, facilities were established in Munich, Raunheim, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Paderborn and Nuremberg. In May 2017 the first facility in Vienna was opened. The acquisition of the four FIT/ONE sites increased Harleki’s club portfolio from 10 to 14 clubs. Further 14 facilities are currently being developed.
