HealthCity Germany, a fitness provider headquartered in the Netherlands, is going to transfer two of its three fitness clubs in Cologne to Just Fit as of 01 August 2017. The main reason for the transfer is the gradual withdrawal from the German market.

The acquisition is accompanied by the relocation of the Just Fit club from Barbarossaplatz to Zülpicher Platz. Current members and new ones are able to look forward to an extensively redecorated facility as well as to innovations like an extended functional fitness area and a milon circuit. About 5,000 fitness enthusiasts and 35 employees will be affected by this acquisition.

Just Fit is the leading fitness provider in the metropolitan area of Cologne with headquarters in Düsseldorf and Mönchengladbach.
