Let's Go Fitness is a portfolio company of AFINUM Siebte Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, advised through Munich based AFINUM Management GmbH, and is the largest operator of fitness centers in French-speaking Switzerland. Since the acquisition of Let's Go Fitness in September 2014, the acquisition of the German premium operator MeridianSpa in February 2015 as well as the first add-on acquisition of Fit Plus in September 2015, it is already the fourth transaction of AFINUM in the fitness industry.

The market for fitness centers in Switzerland is still highly fragmented and offers room for consolidation. The acquisition of the Physic Club Group is expression of the active role Let's Go Fitness plays in this consolidation process. Through the continued expansion of its network Let's Go Fitness intends to increase the value proposition for its customers and create synergies on an operational level.

Physic Club Group with its five locations in La Chaux-de-Fonds (2), Neuchâtel, Le Locle and Cernier is a leading regional operator of fitness centers and is similarly positioned to Let's Go Fitness. Following the acquisition process, the centers will be rebranded to Let's Go Fitness and be available to all members of the group.

Christian Matthey, the founder of the Physic Club Group, reinvests in Let's Go Fitness as part of the transaction and will be part of the executive management team of the Group working closely together with the CEO Jean-Pierre Sacco.
