Epassi acquires Belonio, unifies brand presence

The Epassi Group, which also includes Hansefit in Germany, continues its European expansion with the acquisition of Belonio, a German provider of an all-in-one employee benefits platform. This move further strengthens Epassi's presence in Germany, enables the consolidation of local activities into a unified multi-benefit offering, and marks the launch of the Epassi brand in Germany in 2026.

The Epassi Group, a European provider of digital employee benefits, has acquired Belonio, a digital multi-benefit provider in Germany. The acquisition underscores Epassi's commitment to becoming one of the leading European technology platforms for the strategic HR and benefits ecosystem.

With the acquisition of Belonio in Germany, Epassi is consolidating its existing business units in this market into a comprehensive multi-benefit SaaS offering. Through this integration, Epassi can better serve employers and employees throughout Germany with an expanded and seamless service offering covering the full spectrum of employee benefits, wellbeing, engagement, and communications.

The Epassi Group also plans to launch the Epassi brand in Germany in 2026, building on Belonio's multi-benefit platform. This move will bring Epassi's entire current offering in Germany under one brand, providing clarity, scalability, and greater value to customers and partners across the region.
