The merger brings together two partners who complement each other perfectly. On the one hand Urban Sports Club, with its wide range of sports activities and the innovation leader in the industry, which constantly develops the product experience for members and studios through consistent digitization. On the other hand, the experienced Interfit team and NRW's clear number 1 in terms of corporate fitness. Founded in 2001, the studio network has not only very high studio coverage in the western federal states, but also an extensive network of partners in smaller cities in the Federal Republic. Together, the two former counterparties can offer their customers a nationwide offer that can be used with an app and membership.
In total, athletes will be able to check in to sports at around 5,000 studios in the future.
