Stamina HOT is the result of mergers between the provider of company health solutions Hjelp24 with a couple of fitness operators. All Fiskuset- and Tren facilities a part of the Spenst- clubs as well as the clubs of several smaller providers were rebranded. “HOT” stands for health and training (in Norwegian: “Helse Og Trening”) and especially this combination is meant to render its offer unique.

Stamina HOT offers a specific combination of fully equipped training facilities and a broad offer of company health solutions. Furthermore we have a strong local presence within the whole country.”
The new operator in the market has already 70.000 members which for the most part originate from the businesses Friskhuset, Spenset and Tren as well about 4.300 corporate customers which Hjelp24 brought in the merger. Already in October 2011 the Helse Holding AS, which is owned by the Herkules Private Equity Fund III, acquired the provider Friskhuset with 29 clubs and 35.000 clubs. In financial year 2011 the Helse Holding made on pro forma basis about 100 mio. Euro in revenue. Herkules possesses three funds which are equipped with a total of 1.6 bil. Euro capital form Norwegian and international investors.
